It calculates sales data from Together partner solutions into an ACTUAL amount of greenhouse gas emissions saved. It is the first and only calculation that adds together the cumulative activities of thousands of consumers and brands taking part in one single initiative.

We work with both GHD and the US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), to calculate and independently verify the CO2e* savings for Together solutions.

Since launching on June 5, 2008, Together has helped consumers save 2,690,112 tons of CO2e. This is the equivalent of taking 450,000 cars off the road and to saving over $330 million in energy costs!

Worldwide, that's a total savings of 4,101,739 tons of CO2e!!
