The Low Carbon Diet book prize draw – Terms and Conditions
• This Promotion is open to all UK residents. Employees (or family members of employees) of The Climate Group, companies associated with the Promotion and all affiliates of such companies may not enter this competition.
• All prizes comprise one copy of The Low Carbon Diet by Polly Ghazi and Rachel Lewis. There are no other prizes in this competition.
• The following numbers of copies are available:

• 15 for those emailed by together.com on 3rd December 07
• Entrants must sign up to be a new member of www.together.com to be eligible. As part of the sign up process entrants will be asked to submit a promotional code and postal address. Entrants will only be considered eligible for a prize if they sign up, and have entered a correct promotional code and their postal address.
• Only one book may be won per signed up member.
• Winners will be chosen at random by an independent person from all correct and eligible entries received by 12 midnight on 31st December 2007.
• Winners will be notified within 14 days of the competition closing.
• Please allow 28 days from notification for delivery of the books.
• There is no cash alternative to the prizes (or any part of them) and unless agreed otherwise in writing the prizes are non-refundable and non transferable.
• The Climate Group reserves the right to substitute the prizes (or any part of them) for a prize of equivalent or greater monetary value if this is necessary for reasons beyond its control.
• The Climate Group will not be liable for prizes that do not reach the winners for reasons beyond The Climate Group’s reasonable control.
• If any winner is not able, for whatever reason, to accept a prize, or cannot be contacted after The Climate Group’s reasonable endeavours, then The Climate Group reserves the right to award the prize to another participant.
