Green Shoots/Solar Bag competition – Terms and Conditions

• This Promotion is open to all UK residents. Employees (or family members of employees) of any British Sky Broadcasting Group company, The Climate Group, companies associated with the Promotion and all affiliates of such companies may not enter this competition.

• There are 3 prizes of one Voltaic Systems Voltaic Backpack each. More information on the bags can be found here There are no other prizes in this competition.

• 3 winners will be chosen at random by an independent person from all correct and eligible entries received by email by 12 midnight on 31st December 2007.

• Entrants may submit as many films to Green Shoots as they wish, but only 1 bag may be one per entrant.

• Entrants must be a signed up member of together.com and have uploaded a film to www.greenshoots.sky.com to be eligible to win a prize.

• In order that an entry is considered eligible, Together must have received an email from the entrant for each entry confirming that the entrant has uploaded a film to www.greenshoots.sky.com and using the same email address as that used to register on Green Shoots.

• Winners will be notified within 14 days of the competition closing.

• Please allow 28 days from notification for delivery of the bags.

• There is no cash alternative to the prizes (or any part of them) and unless agreed otherwise in writing the prizes are non-refundable and non transferable.

• The Climate Group reserves the right to substitute the prizes (or any part of them) for a prize of equivalent or greater monetary value if this is necessary for reasons beyond its control.

• The Climate Group will not be liable for prizes that do not reach the winners for reasons beyond The Climate Group’s reasonable control.

• If any winner is not able, for whatever reason, to accept a prize, or cannot be contacted after The Climate Group’s reasonable endeavours, then The Climate Group reserves the right to award the prize to another participant.

• Returns will only be accepted if there is a mechanical problem with the prize, and it is returned within 14 days of receipt with all original packaging. Return address: The Climate Group, 3rd Floor, Tower Building, York Road, London SE1 7NX.
