Green Santas promotion – Terms and Conditions
• This Promotion is open to all UK residents. Employees (or family members of employees) of The Climate Group, companies associated with the Promotion and all affiliates of such companies may not enter this competition.
• In order to claim a prize, a participant must have been given a winning Christmas card by one of the team of promotional Green Santas in the following locations, and on these days:
- London Bluewater shopping centre, Friday 14th December
- Birmingham Bullring shopping centre, Saturday 15th December
- Manchester Arndale shopping centre, Sunday 16thy December
• Only one card will be given out to each person.
• The following prizes are available on a first come first serve basis (evenly distributed across the three locations):
- 50 ECO Kettles
- 50 copies of ‘The Low Carbon Diet’ book
- 2,000 mince pies
- 10,000 packs of Christmas Tree seeds
• Entrants must sign up to be a new member of www.together.com to be eligible for the ECO Kettle and book prizes. As part of the sign up process entrants will be asked to submit a promotional code and postal address. Entrants will only be considered eligible for an ECO Kettle or book prize if they sign up, and have entered a correct promotional code and their postal address.
• Winners of ECO Kettles and books will be notified within 14 days of the competition closing (closing date 31st December).
• Please allow 28 days from notification for delivery of the prizes.
• There is no cash alternative to the prizes (or any part of them) and unless agreed otherwise in writing the prizes are non-refundable and non transferable.
• The Climate Group reserves the right to substitute the prizes (or any part of them) for a prize of equivalent or greater monetary value if this is necessary for reasons beyond its control.
• The Climate Group will not be liable for prizes that do not reach the winners for reasons beyond The Climate Group’s reasonable control.
• If any winner is not able, for whatever reason, to accept a prize, or cannot be contacted after The Climate Group’s reasonable endeavours, then The Climate Group reserves the right to award the prize to another participant.
• Returns will only be accepted if there is a physical problem with the prize, and it is returned within 14 days of receipt with all original packaging. Return address: The Climate Group, 3rd Floor, Tower Building, York Road, London SE1 7NX.
